We are hiring for two levels of Account Executive - a Junior Account Executive and a Mid-Market Account Executive - to join our growing sales team.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales process from demo to closing by partnering with internal teams such as Sales Development Executives, Solutions Engineers, Partnership Managers etc.
  • Increase our market share in the region by growing our net new business.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms with SMB and Enterprise Ecommerce retailers by selling value as well as ROI.
  • Build lasting, consultative relationships with C-level executives in customer prospects.
  • Analyze customers' existing cross-border models to develop a deep understanding of their needs and business.
  • Consistently deliver on quarterly forecast commitments by achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Forecast and manage your sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

Requirements
Junior Account Executive
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, payments, or a related tech environment.
  • Early evidence of strong performance against targets, with a hunger to grow in a net new business sales role.
  • Comfortable building relationships across SMB accounts; experience engaging with director-level stakeholders.
  • Coachable, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a willingness to develop consultative selling techniques.

Mid-Market Account Executive
  • 3+ years of direct B2B eCommerce, payments, carrier, or SaaS sales experience.
  • Prior experience at an innovative, agile tech company - preferably within eCommerce - with a track record of closing large-value deals.
  • Demonstrated success in net new business sales with consistent, provable delivery against quota.
  • Proven top performer with credibility at all levels, including C-suite, and strong internal and external relationship-building across mid-market accounts.
  • Ability to manage a complex pipeline of multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

OTE: $95,000 - $200,000+ (base plus commission, varies by level) + equity
