Role:Senior Technical Program Manager

Location:Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for x86 hardware platforms from concept through mass production.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and global contract manufacturers to ensure successful product launches.
  • Drive hardware validation, design reviews, and DFM/DFA/DFT initiatives to improve manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to deliver programs on time and within budget.
  • Oversee PCBA development, product characterization, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp activities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues, optimize costs, and improve production efficiency.
  • Utilize tools such as Arena, Jira, Valor, and CAD to track program progress, documentation, and product lifecycle activities.
  • Identify process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring high-quality hardware products meet business and customer requirements.
