Job Title: Technology Program Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Project managers in information technology (IT) are tasked with planning certain types of projects within a company and ensuring that they are executed and on-track through every stage of the process. This job may require daily evaluations of employees, as well as leadership and motivation, in order to achieve particular goals. IT project managers must ensure that employees have the same shared vision and goals for projects while being assigned specific duties. Problem-solving may be necessary when projects are not going as planned, and they are usually given budgets for projects and must ensure that all parties involved are adhering to financial limits. These project managers oversee projects until they are finished, and evaluate them to determine whether follow-up projects are necessary and what changes can be made for the future. This job may also involve overseeing various personnel and departments to ensure their collaboration.
    Helps program manage and coordinate enterprise wide Information Security program across business channels. Responsibilities: Help the InfoSec team to plan, execute and coordinate processes and activities supporting global priorities.and external customers and vendors to plan, design and develop detailed roadmaps. Direct project activities, conduct reviews, manage risk mitigation, issues, change control processes, and communicate status to senior executives within the development and business partner organizations. Manage and track project timelines, forecasts, and schedule to achieve target scope, schedule and cost. Lead discussions and communicating regularly with senior leadership on program status and escalations. Develop delivery roadmaps that align strategic business objectives with InfoSec delivery plans. Oversight of program and project performance and ensure compliance with management and information security policies. Work with virtual teams located in different time zones and with differing cultures. work includes program, process, and operational management for all workstreams like incident, change, problem, knowledge, and self-service. Track and help drive KPIs and critical success factors for the program.
    Skills
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization
    • Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings
    • Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
    • Proven ability and experience in executing strategic Information Security projects or programs successfully
    • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
    • Analytical, computer, problem-solving skills
    Education
    • 5+ years IT Project Management experience, 3 of which include information security related projects
    • ITIL V3/V4 Certification
    • PMP Certification
    • Five years or more of Information Security technology domain experience in one or more of the following areas: Encryption, ISO/CMMC certification, Domain Segmentation, Data Protection, Identity Access Management, Threat and Vulnerability Management.
