Position Overview:
The Cybersecurity Program Manager provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for
cybersecurity initiatives, staffing services, and security operations programs. This role ensures cybersecurity
activities align with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee cybersecurity staffing and security operations programs.
  • Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and governance activities.
  • Coordinate incident response and cybersecurity readiness efforts.
  • Manage cybersecurity teams including analysts, engineers, and specialists.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
  • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on cybersecurity posture.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity training and exercise programs.
Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of IT or cybersecurity experience
  • 5+ years managing cybersecurity teams or programs
