Job description

IT Program Manager Location: Columbus, OH
About the Role: This is a high-visibility TPM role sitting at the intersection of Cybersecurity, Technology, and the Business - the kind of position where your ability to drive alignment across competing priorities matters as much as your technical acumen. You'll own complex initiatives end to end, work directly with senior leaders, and be the person who keeps everything on track when things get complicated. If you thrive in ambiguity, know how to run a room, and have a track record of delivering in agile environments, this is worth your attention.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead multiple complex technology initiatives simultaneously - owning project plans, roadmaps, risk identification, and delivery from start to finish
  • Drive alignment and consistency across Cybersecurity, Technology, and Business Units throughout the project lifecycle
  • Engage directly with senior leaders to streamline processes, manage OKRs, and ensure on-time releases
  • Track and report project progress against key milestones, managing budget variances, schedule, ROI, and business investment metrics
  • Own total cost of delivery and total cost of ownership reporting
  • Partner closely with Finance and Procurement on business cases, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor strategy execution
  • Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings, driving detailed discussions toward clear decisions and accountability

What You Bring:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a closely related role
  • PMP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in an agile organization
  • Strong financial acumen - comfortable owning budget, forecast, and cost reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives and work alongside engineers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; working knowledge of Agile methodologies

Why Join Us?
  • 401(k) Matching Plan
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans
  • Relationship Driven Process to Find Your Best Fit
  • 6 Paid Holidays
  • Regular Meetings to Ensure Quality in Your Engagement
