Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers for a Navy information technology and cybersecurity support program. The selected candidate will provide leadership, oversight, and coordination across program operations to ensure successful execution, staffing, performance, and delivery. This position is contingent upon award of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
  • Lead day-to-day program execution, staffing coordination, and contract performance management.
  • Provide oversight of technical, administrative, and programmatic activities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives, internal leadership, and support teams to address program requirements and priorities.
  • Track staffing, deliverables, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Support reporting requirements, meetings, and program reviews as required.
  • Ensure alignment between operational execution and information assurance requirements across the program.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university, or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Ten (10) years of experience managing a team in information technology while serving as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
  • Five (5) years of that experience must be related to information assurance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Desired:
  • Experience supporting Department of the Navy or federal information technology programs.
  • Prior experience managing cybersecurity or RMF-focused programs.
