Job Summary
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is one of five teams comprising the Comcast Cybersecurity organization. The team is responsible for securing user access to Comcast infrastructure including M&A acquisitions and new technology being deployed by the business. The team consists of approximately 100+ resources and supports 7 major platforms including myComcastAccess, Identity Broker, CADABahn, CyberArk, myJITAccess, SSO/IAM Developer Portal, Secrets Management. The Program Manager provides overall governance and oversight for the team.
Job Description
The Technical Program Manager reports directly to the IAM Vice President and manages the day-to-day responsibilities and deliverables of 5 Directors. The primary responsibility is to ensure IAM deliverables meet the timeliness and quality standards established for the team. The Program Manager owns all governance processes including the tracking and reporting of all IAM deliverables. The Program Manager also represents the IAM organization in various cross-domain intake and capacity planning forums and is the primary point-of-contact for risks, issues, and escalations. The position requires a candidate who can work independently, manage to strict timelines, and proactively manage risks and issues.
Core Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and deliver executive level presentations
  • Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards for timeliness and quality
  • Establish high level organizational goals
  • Maintain project delivery roadmaps for IAM key initiatives
  • Define, track, and report quantifiable metrics, goals, and accomplishments
  • Identify and manage program level risks
  • Track completion of program deliverables
  • Independently facilitate team meetings and gain consensus on key decisions
  • Work with other program managers to track and manage cross-domain dependencies

Must Have Skills
  • Deep program management skills including end-to-end planning and execution
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage challenging situations
  • Executive-level communication and reporting
  • Basic understanding of standard Cybersecurity domains and concepts
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence and other productivity tools

Preferred Skills
  • Prior Comcast or MSO experience
  • Identity and Access Management domain knowledge
  • Development of dashboard applications (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
