We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Scheduling Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Schedule and coordinate Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect and reconnect workflows.
  • Data & Documentation: Manage scheduling systems to ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
  • Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor project timelines to ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing clear updates and ensuring tasks are prioritized effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the development of operational specifications and report production under general direction.
  • Technical Support: Utilize database programs and spreadsheet software to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in an analytical, scheduling, or operations support role.
