SYNERGY Home Care of Cheshire is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to ensure our clients receive the care that they need when they need it. We are looking for a compassionate, care-minded person who understands our clients depend on us to live a safe life at home. You will report directly to the Owner and assist in growth and management of the office. Scheduling Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ALL shifts are covered using our staffing software; willingness to fill a shift if necessary
  • On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed
  • Assist in identifying and hiring quality caregivers to join our team
  • Appropriately match clients' needs with caregivers the possess compatible skills and attributes
  • Participate in caregiver / client introductions and service quality checks
  • Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers
  • Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients and office staff

Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a registered and insured vehicle
  • One year of scheduling experience minimum
  • High school diploma
  • Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
  • Willing to put our clients care, safety and well-being first.
  • A self-starter who is willing to learn, initiate and take responsibility for the day-to-day client experience.
