KRW is seeking a bright, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator.

About the Role:

The Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of appointment and resource scheduling within the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules across multiple departments, balancing priorities, and optimizing the use of time and resources to meet organizational goals. The Scheduling Coordinator acts as a central point of contact for internal teams and external clients, facilitating clear communication and timely updates. By proactively managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts, this role helps maintain smooth operational workflows and enhances overall productivity. Ultimately, the Scheduling Coordinator contributes to a seamless experience for both staff and clients by ensuring that all scheduling needs are met accurately and promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or a related role.
