Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and finalize detailed construction project schedules utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject software.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients to ensure alignment on project scheduling and deliverables.
  • Create schedules based on construction plans, project specifications, and client-provided information.
  • Monitor project progress, update schedules accordingly, and proactively identify and communicate any potential schedule risks.
  • Conduct delay analysis of project schedules, documentation, and costs.
  • Review and synthesize relevant information to prepare comprehensive impact reports for project stakeholders.
  • Maintain job files, documentation, and other relevant deliverables.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in, or knowledge of, the construction industry is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn and a curious, teachable mindset; this role involves significant on-the-job training.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, including effective use of hotkeys and organized electronic file management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and overcome challenges while maintaining high-quality standards.
