Job description

Shift: Monday-Friday with potential for weekend hours, no holidays
The Staffing and Scheduling Associate supports the scheduling and staffing process of the more than 1,000 patient care employees in the nursing division and other patient care areas. This position independently reviews, manages, and maintains an in-depth knowledge of assigned system applications, related departmental policies, procedures, and business operations, staffing and scheduling principles, collective bargaining agreements. The Staffing and Scheduling Associate collaborates with and advises executives, directors, department staff, and management in ongoing analysis and design of scheduling practices resulting in optimized use, training and support processes within the clinical units. This position offers system UKG support to all leaders and users of the UKG application
