Job description

A motivated and detail-oriented Program Scheduler & Analyst is sought to support a program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while also monitoring program risks, opportunities, and efficiencies. This dual role requires a unique blend of scheduling expertise and analytical skills to ensure programs are on track and to provide critical insights for programmatic decisions. The candidate should be conversant in topics related to space programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program portfolio

  • Monitor and analyze integrated program risks and opportunities (IPRO) management, providing actionable recommendations to program leadership

  • Track and report on program efficiencies, identifying areas for improvement

  • Provide regular status updates, performance metrics, and schedule forecasts to the Program Manager and other stakeholders

  • Conduct schedule-related trade-off analyses to support informed decision-making

  • Collaborate with government and performer program teams to ensure the schedule reflects the current program status and to gather data for analysis

  • Prepare and present briefings on schedule status, risk analysis, and program performance to leadership and stakeholders

  • Support program reviews and other stakeholder engagements

Desired Capabilities and Characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management with 10+ years of experience in program scheduling and/or program analysis

  • Has PMP or PMI Scheduling Professional certification

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex space programs

  • Proven experience in risk, opportunity, and efficiency analysis across a program portfolio

  • Experience working with DoD programs and an understanding of their unique requirements

  • Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and other program management tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Compensation Details:

$120K-$140K
