Production Control Scheduler
Job Description
CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.
We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Production Control Clerk at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).
Job Requirements
  • Reviews job demands and schedules through MRP system
  • Adds and schedules jobs according to demand
  • Reschedule and communicate schedule changes with production leads
  • Creates kit cutting schedule to support production needs pertaining to sales schedule
  • Monitor and track expiring materials and adjust job schedules to maximize material usage.
  • Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
  • Uses computer to enter, maintain, access, or retrieve electronic files, reports, or data.
  • Sorts and distributes work orders or material to workers.
  • Various other duties related to production office document control will be assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must be self-directed, detail oriented, reliable, and have strong initiative
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing and office environment
  • Prior experience in a discrete job shop manufacturing environment a plus
  • Working knowledge of MRP systems, preferably utilizing PLEX or equivalent ERP system
