Production Control Coordinator (Temporary – 3 Month Assignment)

Schedule:

  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM OR
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Monday–Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you will issue production work orders, monitor production schedules, track progress, and communicate with cross-functional teams to help ensure customer orders are completed on time.

Responsibilities

  • Issue and manage daily production work instructions.
  • Monitor production schedules and track progress.
  • Identify production delays and communicate issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and other departments to resolve scheduling concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production records and close completed work orders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure on-time customer delivery.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production control, scheduling, or manufacturing.
  • Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

  • Office-based position with regular interaction on the production floor.
  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Assignment Details

  • Temporary 3-month assignment
  • Day Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
