About The Pass
The Pass is Sodexo's offsite food commissary, delivering high-quality, customized food solutions to locations without on-site kitchens or staff. From freshly prepared hot meals and grab-and-go items to curated pantry snacks, we support blue-chip clients across the New York metro area, New Jersey, and eastern Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our operations team, you'll collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless production and delivery. Your work will directly support our ability to meet customer demand with accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on demand forecasts, historical data, and client orders
  • Inventory & Supply Management: Oversee ingredient ordering, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper receiving and inventory controls
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze reports and trends to maintain the right balance of supply and demand
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve real-time production challenges
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve planning processes and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Menu Integration: Incorporate new menu items into production and supply plans seamlessly
  • Vendor Collaboration: Communicate with vendors and corporate supply chain partners to address issues and ensure consistent supply
  • Administrative Support: Manage invoicing processes and ensure accurate product labeling
