Job Title: Production Planner

Job Summary: According to each plant's capacity to arrange the production plan, track and monitor it,commit the delivery schedule of sale orders,make sure the shipment schedule on time, and assist the department manager to deal with routine work.

Job Functions:

  • Balance the factory orders to ensure timely and simultaneous delivery
  • Effectively control the order of each plant to ensure smoothly logistics
  • Timely adjustment programs, control production anomalies, to meet customer demand delivery
  • According to the order status to arrange outsourcing service or produce on other plants, in order to meet customers' orders
  • Improve the rationality of the factory process production schedule , enhance the delivery of factory production
  • Supervise the production system operation effectively, enhance the track of production delivery
  • Make sure to achieve the department's KPI Timely completion and improvement of matters assigned by superiors
  • Understand the environmental factors, hazards and control methods
  • Implement integrated management system to implement the provisions of the relevant documents
  • Do classification of waste deposited in own position
  • Help finish other matters

Qualifications

  • Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
  • Three years work experience of production and management in the Group
  • Junior College or above
  • The employee is regularly required o in good health, available to work long time with computer, bear high stress
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variable
  • Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software
  • Familiar with common office software, the master of the integrated use of ERP, have good communication and coordination skills
  • Master ERP system integrated use, PLM, bar code systems, the tracking module knowledge
  • Release order reasonably, supervise factory production schedule
  • Good access to data, analyze data Familiar with the position operating instructions
