  • Lead cross-functional programs from concept through implementation, providing executive reporting, risk management, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery and benefit realization.

What You'll Need
  • Supply chain strategy development and loss prevention program management experience.
  • Expertise in solution architecture, business process analysis, and operational improvement methodologies.
  • Experience developing business cases, financial models, benefit forecasts, and return-on-investment analyses.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics operations, transportation controls, and supply chain visibility processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and managing complex project portfolios.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, system enhancements, and operational controls.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification required in some areas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in resolving complex business and operational challenges through innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Experience leading significant strategic initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding less experienced team members while contributing to long-term organizational objectives.
  • Recognized subject matter expertise with the ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities.

Why AT&T
