Your job with a vision at TEST-FUCHS
TEST-FUCHS is a global leader in aerospace test equipment for civil and military applications. Founded in 1946 in Austria, our family-owned company now operates with over 700 employees across 13 international locations. We provide aerospace test equipment for aircraft production as well as component manufacturing and aftermarket MRO solutions. Besides that, TEST-FUCHS plays a unique and important role in aircraft ground support equipment for the airline industry.
Our US-location in Brecksville, Ohio (founded in 2017), and the second global equipment production facility, currently employs around 30 highly qualified employees and offers plenty of room for further growth and personal development.
Responsibilities
    • Effectively process orders (internal / external) and ensure compliance to costs, deadlines, and quality metrics
    • Ensure procurement process for USOH meets or exceeds customer expectations
    • Operational Procurement of goods & services for USOH Production and remaining divisions of TF
    • Fiscal responsibility to purchase items from the optimal source for costs, timing, availability
    • Global Supply Chain focused on both USOH and TF-Group needs
    • Work within the TEST-FUCHS processes and improve the global TEST-FUCHS supply chain together with process owner
    • Enforcing proactive supplier management and continuously monitoring supplier performance
    • Continuous Improvement focus to drive change and challenge group norms
    • Ensure customer requirements compliance and customer satisfaction with Supply Chain actions
    • Achieve project and group objectives for meeting deadlines, material costs, and quality
    • Securing functional Supply Chain to support USOH and Group objectives
    • Support the TF QMS System with vendor compliance and product quality objectives

Requirements
    • Bachelor of Science in Technical or Business field or equivalent industry experience
    • Supply Chain Management focus or industry certification recommended
    • Strong network of vendors to leverage procurement
    • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical components
    • Ability to proactively search for new opportunities to drive costs, delivery, and quality
    • Knowledge of ERP Systems
    • Strong communication skill
