INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Senior [automotive] Product Manager to join our team!

This is a long-term, ongoing contract role with access to benefits!

We are a hybrid workplace, currently 3x days in office. Candidates must be local to SoCal.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end marketing support and digital presence for Hyundai Motor Americaโ€™s vehicle lineup. This role ensures all product-related marketing assets, campaigns, and platforms deliver a consistent, accurate, and compelling customer experience. The position operates as a central hub between product planning, marketing, creative, digital, and agency partners to drive execution excellence across all consumer touch points.

JOB OVERVIEW
  • HyundaiUSA.com & MYU Campaigns: Oversee product presence, content accuracy, and asset deployment across HyundaiUSA.com and MyHyundai (MYU) platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and launch timelines.
  • CGI Development: Lead development, approval, and deployment of CGI assets for digital, retail, and campaign usage, ensuring visual consistency and product accuracy.
  • Practical Asset Audit & Retouching: Manage auditing, curation, and retouching of photography and video assets to ensure marketing readiness and brand standards of compliance and model accuracy.
  • Oversee and assist with Product Update Distribution: Coordinate and distribute all product updates (specs, features, changes) across internal teams, agencies, and platforms to ensure alignment.
  • Internal SharePoint Management: Maintain and continuously update internal SharePoint systems with latest assets, product information, and documentation for cross-functional access.
  • CRM, Social & In-Market Oversight: Ensure all CRM communications, social content, and in-market activations are aligned, accurate, and fully supported with current product messaging and assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as marketing product lead for assigned vehicle lineup across all digital and campaign channels
  • Ensure consistency of product messaging, visuals, and feature representation across all platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Planning, Brand, Creative, Media, CRM and external agencies.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for major launches, updates and campaign integrations
  • Identify gaps in asset coverage and proactivity drive solutions [CGI, photography, retouching]
  • Oversee quality control and approval process for all product-related marketing materials
  • Support continuous optimization of digital experiences [HyundaiUSA.com, MYU, CRM touchpoints]
  • Maintain organized and accessible product resources via SharePoint and internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years in an advertising agency with automotive product knowledge
  • Experience with automotive product launches is a MUST
  • Technical knowledge of cars and the overall knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Overall knowledge of the digital space, as well as CRM and social media
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsExcellent research and writing skills

Salary range: $107,000 to $116,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
