  • Conduct off-site activities as required, including site surveys, installation or dismantle oversight, and client walkthroughs.

  • Travel is required and may be moderate too heavy at times

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues and present practical solutions internally and externally.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and enjoys tackling complex challenges.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all mediums and in person, building strong rapport with clients and partners.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

  • Proven ability to own and manage sales opportunities through contract execution on behalf of the Sales team.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards, client requirements, and project financials.

  • Demonstrated project management experience managing budgets ranging from $5,000 to $2.5M+.

  • Strong knowledge of best practices for print production and fabrication projects.

  • Experience with computer-aided design software (Rhino, AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, etc.) preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; experience with Smartsheet and ERP systems is a plus.
