Job Description
We are seeking a District Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth within the Minnesota and Wisconsin territory for a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered metal building systems. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with contractors, developers, and builders while identifying new business opportunities. The District Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in the metal building industry who thrives in a relationship-driven, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop, grow, and maintain new and existing accounts within the assigned territory
โ€ข Meet regularly with contractors, developers, and builders to understand project needs and provide solutions
โ€ข Review project drawings and specifications to prepare estimates, quotes, and purchase orders
โ€ข Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and internal teams to support project development and execution
โ€ข Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM updates, and travel schedule to meet business goals

Qualifications and Requirements:
โ€ข Must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin with the ability to travel throughout the territory
