Job description

Gopuff is seeking a self-starter to join our P&C, Recruiting team in Philadelphia, PA.  As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will assist the team with moving candidates through the talent pipeline to build out Field teams as the company continues to expand! You will be responsible for a variety of administrative recruiting tasks to include, job reconciliations, offer tracking, onboarding management, I-9 compliance and more. Gopuff's Talent Acquisition department is a close-knit team that will provide you with the tools and resources you need to grow and develop your skills.

Qualifications
  • One or more years of human resources, recruitment, administrative, or related experience preferred
  • Previous experience scheduling interviews and coordinating schedules highly preferred
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements constantly change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Google suite with strong organizational skills
  • "Can-do" attitude with a team player mentality
  • Proven success in an accountability-based culture
  • Demonstrated integrity in all business interactions and personal commitments
Responsibilities
  • Support high-volume talent acquisition and onboarding efforts by streamlining the end-to-end process of requisition approvals through onboarding
  • Partner with operations leaders to support preboarding and onboarding requirements, including candidate pipeline oversight and  I-9 compliance
  • Manage job posting reconciliations and auditing across platforms, including applicant tracking systems and job boards to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Monitor the onboarding inbox, responding to inquiries from hiring managers and new hires
  • Implement process changes and best practices to make hiring and onboarding more efficient, often using tools for automation and AI to make enhancements
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization with consistent follow up and follow through
  • Partner with talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations for reporting requests to enable data-driven decision-making
Pay:
  • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on  your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for  that geographic area. 
  • Philadelphia, PA: $55,000-$65,000
  • The salary range above reflects what we'd reasonably expect to pay candidates. A  candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience,  qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be  modified in the future.
