We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented, and strategic Recruiting Operations Manager to build and scale the operational infrastructure supporting a rapidly growing Talent Acquisition organization.
This role will serve as the backbone of recruiting infrastructure, owning recruiting systems, reporting, process optimization, workflow automation, analytics, and scalable hiring operations across the hiring lifecycle. The Recruiting Operations Manager will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to improve hiring efficiency, data integrity, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience. This role will play a critical role in scaling recruiting operations to support rapid organizational growth while maintaining hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting high-growth recruiting organizations, thrives in fast-paced operational environments, and is capable of translating recruiting data into scalable process improvements and actionable business insights.
You'll join a collaborative, high-growth team focused on building scalable hiring infrastructure that supports Vultr's continued global expansion.
What to expect:
  • Serve as strategic owner and administrator of Ashby ATS, including workflows, reporting, automations, integrations, and process governance
  • Build and maintain executive recruiting dashboards, funnel analytics, capacity planning models, and operational reporting
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to design scalable recruiting processes supporting rapid organizational growth
  • Analyze funnel conversion, sourcing effectiveness, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and hiring bottlenecks to identify and implement operational improvements
  • Develop and maintain recruiting SLAs, process documentation, reporting standards, and operational best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiter efficiency, interview process effectiveness, and hiring manager experience
  • Ensure recruiting data integrity, source attribution accuracy, and stage consistency across all recruiting workflows
  • Support workforce planning and recruiting capacity forecasting
  • Improve operational efficiency across candidate experience, interview workflows, scheduling processes, and reporting accuracy
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and business leaders on hiring operations initiatives and process improvements

Our ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, Recruiting Analytics, or Recruiting Program Management
  • Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling recruiting organizations
  • Strong ATS administration experience required; Ashby experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced experience with recruiting analytics, funnel reporting, dashboard development, and operational metrics
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and recruiting analytics tools
  • Experience presenting recruiting analytics, operational insights, and process recommendations to leadership stakeholders
  • Strong process optimization and workflow design capabilities
  • Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience supporting sourcing-heavy and high-volume recruiting environments preferred
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation
$70,000 - $85,000 + Quarterly Variable Bonus
Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
