Talent Operations is building out a globally scaled program portfolio and operational support mechanism for Recruiting.ย  Our team is helping The Trade Desk meet its forecasted growth with best-in-class Digital Advertising Technology by attracting talent globally.ย  We think, plan, and scale globally when possible.ย  We manage a wide portfolio of programs, products, and processes that touch every aspect of the candidate journey.ย  Thoughtfully prioritizing our efforts, we focus on strategic priorities and are agile in managing trade-offs with programmatic mechanisms.ย 

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our Operations team at The Trade Desk. This is a critical role responsible for all operational activities within Talent Acquisition's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

WHO YOU ARE:

This individual will own and manage system improvements and updates within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and work with various cross-functional partner teams such as HR (Human Resources) Technology, Analytics, Talent Acquisition Leadership, Business Partners and Finance. The successful candidate will deliver against our strategic and operational goals within the Talent Operations team.

You will be a key partner to our recruiting team members, leaders, and interviewers in the design and flow of strategies that help us achieve our hiring goals and think of new ways to elevate our candidate experience. Our goal is to make hiring scalable, efficient, more productive, and provide outstanding experience for our candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures, as well as experience managing and configuring an ATS.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
  • 2+ years' experience managing an ATS system, preferably Greenhouse or Workday
  • Keen sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of relevant systems
  • Demonstrated skills in project, program, and operations management.
  • Demonstrated complex problem-solving ability and sound judgement ability.
  • Strong leadership, team building, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, results driven, problem solver.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders locally and across diverse geographical locations.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement initiatives and development of ongoing support pertaining to document control processes, administration, and projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • In Depth technical functional knowledge of ATS and ability to identify system & process automation and efficiency ability on a wide scale.
  • Responsible for daily improvements of ATS, implementing updates and reviewing best practices.
  • Responsible for evolving and enhancing the candidate experience from prospect to offer accept.
  • Manage detailed operational reporting activities and dashboards to share with TA (Talent Acquisition) and Functional Stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage tiered ticketing requests through JIRA for operational support or recruitment.
  • Analyze and solve global change management barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.
