Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off 

Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Operations to join the corporate Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will support multiple segments and sectors and directly impact the businesses. This role is fast paced and requires excellent attention to detail. We are seeking an individual with a passion for driving results in a high volume environment while maintaining excellent internal customer service for key client groups.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage a team of 5-7 direct reports
  • Manage segment interview scheduling & on-site candidate support
  • Manage successful segmnet full-cycle onboarding
  • Oversee Citizenship Verification
  • Ensure OFCCP compliance requirements are met
  • Leverage reporting for workforce planning and driving results
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 10% local travel required
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience in Talent Acquisition or HR. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Supervisory experience with non-exempt employees
  • Experience working in a metrics-based environment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Advanced Excel experience including pivot tables, formulas and formatting
  • PowerPoint experience
