OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Operations Partner is responsible for optimizing and supporting the systems, reporting, analytics, and operational processes that enable efficient and scalable recruiting operations. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for recruiting systems and workflows, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The position partners cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve recruiting technologies, automate processes, and provide actionable workforce and recruiting insights. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, compliance, reporting, and operational enablement for the Talent Acquisition function.
ResponsibilitiesEducation High School Diploma or GED and equivalent work experience (required) Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or related discipline (preferred) Experience 5+ years progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition role (required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) Microsoft Excel (advanced) Microsoft Office Suite
