Overview

The Talent Acquisition Operations Partner is responsible for optimizing and supporting the systems, reporting, analytics, and operational processes that enable efficient and scalable recruiting operations. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for recruiting systems and workflows, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The position partners cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve recruiting technologies, automate processes, and provide actionable workforce and recruiting insights. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, compliance, reporting, and operational enablement for the Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, integrations, workflows, permissions, and configurations to support efficient recruiting operations.
  • Build, maintain, and analyze recruiting dashboards, reports, and metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, source effectiveness, compliance tracking, and operational KPIs.
  • Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and Talent Acquisition leadership to troubleshoot system issues, support enhancements, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Lead and support recruiting operations projects, process standardization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve scalability, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices for recruiters, hiring managers, and system users; serve as SME for TA systems and workflows.
  • Conduct system audits and data quality reviews to ensure data integrity, compliance, reporting accuracy, and adherence to established recruiting processes.
  • Research recruiting technologies, industry trends, and operational best practices to recommend enhancements and modernization opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • The wage range for this position is $73,000.00-$110,500.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
Qualifications

Education High School Diploma or GED and equivalent work experience (required) Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or related discipline (preferred) Experience 5+ years progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition role (required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) Microsoft Excel (advanced) Microsoft Office Suite
