Role: Recruiting Coordinator โ€“ Talent Acquisition Operations

Duration: 6+ Months contract with possible extension

Location: Atlanta, GA | Hybrid (Tuesdayโ€“Thursday On-Site)


Position Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator supports Talent Acquisition operations by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting background checks, preboarding, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition. The hiring team is willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and foundational skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Support candidate communications, preboarding, and onsite interviews.
  • Manage background check workflows and recruiting operations.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a seamless hiring process.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong customer service or administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Workday or ATS experience is a plus.
