Job description

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for corporate and business support functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop talent strategies, build candidate pipelines, and manage the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage passive and active candidates across a variety of corporate functions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize recruiting tools, networking, referrals, and social media to identify qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress and market trends.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of internal corporate Talent Acquisition experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and candidate sourcing.
  • Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of professional and corporate positions.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
