About the Role

The Senior Manager, Data Acquisition, will lead data acquisition activities for the Global Fraud and Identity Market, with a focus on mobile identity and phone intelligence. This role will manage strategic data provider relationships that support business strategy, product innovation, and market growth, while partnering closely with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams to bring high-value data assets into the business. The role will ensure data is responsibly sourced, aligned to business needs, and positioned for long-term value through effective onboarding, governance, and supplier management.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of external data sources that support business strategy and product priorities for phone intelligence and mobile identity solutions.

  • Identify new market opportunities and data partnerships that strengthen product differentiation and long-term growth

  • Build and manage relationships with data suppliers, serving as the primary point of coordination throughout the acquisition lifecycle

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams to assess opportunities and advance initiatives

  • Drive supplier due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding activities to ensure new data assets meet business, operational, and compliance requirements

  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract development in partnership with legal and business stakeholders

  • Oversee the successful transition of new data assets from evaluation through implementation and operational handoff

  • Monitor supplier performance, manage ongoing governance activities, and help address issues, renewals, and contract-related decisions

  • Develop clear business cases, recommendations, and status updates to support prioritization and executive decision-making

  • Ensure all acquisition activities align with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Risk Management, preferred

  • Minimum 9 years related work experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence at a global scale, including practical knowledge of data sources, market dynamics, and use cases across regions.

  • Established relationships and experience working with mobile network operators, telco carriers, and related partner ecosystems to support data sourcing, and commercialization of phone intelligence solutions.

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple countries and industries governing the use of phone numbers and phone intelligence data.

  • Experienced in contract negotiations, including negotiating commercial and contractual terms with external partners and suppliers.

  • Experience managing multiple external data and vendor relationships of varying size and scale, including accountability for the P&L associated with those relationships.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

  • Strong research, financial analysis, business analyst/support skills

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, issues, and deadlines concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
