Base Pay Range:

$25.00-$27.00

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the talent acquisition team by ensuring seamless execution of the hiring process. In a high-volume, fast-paced company, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The coordinator acts as the bridge between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all stakeholders.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your essential job functions will include the following:

Talent Acquisition Coordination

  • Deliver the highest quality candidate experience to ensure our candidate engagements are efficient.
  • Support a high-volume of candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics.
  • Build strong relationships with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely updates, clear communication, and counsel to applicants, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the Workday onboarding process.
  • Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive our Operations team forward.
  • Track candidate status through the onboarding process to accurately guide communication about next steps.
  • Manage last-minute changes and reschedules quickly.
  • Ensure stakeholders are updated throughout the process.
  • Enter, track, and communicate screening status for candidates on vendor website to qualify them for offered roles.
  • Complete new hire Form I-9s with candidates within federally compliant time windows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Support implementation of new tools and technologies for remote hiring.
  • Contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Act as back-up to peers on an as needed basis.

Reporting

  • Deliver reporting as needed to the recruiting team and our business partners.
  • Update reports and pull reports from Workday as needed
  • Create new and improve existing reporting processes leveraging Workday's reporting and dashboard capabilities.

Other Duties as Assigned

Position Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; BA degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel for analysis purposes).
  • Project and social media experience preferred.
