Overview

The Talent Acquisition Operations Recruiter is responsible for all talent acquisition needs and work in home office operations and occasionally supports the corporate departments. The Talent Acquisition Operations Recruiter is an experienced professional responsible for determining staffing needs, reporting, developing recruitment strategies, and leading employment branding initiatives. They excel in full-cycle recruiting, possess strong sourcing skills, and ensure positive candidate experiences while also meeting business staffing needs and supporting hiring managers in an impressive manner. This is an in office position.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day communication with hiringmanager and company stakeholders
  • Focused on hiring Customer Service Representatives, Dispatchers, Team Leads, Customer Care Managers, and Branch Operations Managers
  • Daily activity in the ATS system, managing posting, processing & pre-screening candidates, including making hiring decisions
  • Participate in TA team strategic projects, initiatives, and improvement of procedures and systems
  • Partnerwith, build relationships, coach and train hiring managers on best, most effective and compliant hiring practices
  • Partner withDirector of TA in necessary process development and improvement 
  • Source candidates using various creative methods(ATS, LinkedIn, Resume search with Indeed)
  • Basic reporting of KPI's and TA/Recruiting metrics
  • Lead change and improvement inoperational hiring practices and SOP's  
  • This is an in office position and not Remote
Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of experience in TA work or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in human resourcesor a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in staffingfront line and entry level positions - high volume positions
  • Strong communicationskills
  • Ability to manage change
  • Experience in training stakeholders in the importance of and use of TA methods and practices
  • Interpersonal skills
