Job description

A Foundational Company
Rilla is on a mission to index the offline world.
Today, we've built the leading sales coaching software for organizations doing sales offline. We have over 1000 customers, including The Home Depot, KKR, Neighborly, and PulteGroup, using our product to enable AI sales coaching across their organization. We are backed by Google Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, Crew Capital, and Broom Ventures, along with others.
The Role
We're hiring a Recruiting Operations. You'll build the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power how we hire at scale. Part process architect, part analyst, part hiring manager whisperer. You're the one who builds the machine that lets every recruiter move faster, and every hiring manager show up prepared. Your work directly shapes how our recruiting function scales from here.
What You'll Do
  • You'll own Ashby end-to-end. Pipeline configuration, stage definitions, scorecards, automations, integrations with scheduling and sourcing tools. When something breaks, you fix it. When something could be better, you don't wait for someone to ask
  • You'll audit the full hiring process across every function, mapping where candidates move fast, where they stall, and where we're losing people we shouldn't be losing
  • Build and maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard that tracks time to hire, pipeline conversion by stage, source quality, and offer acceptance rates, and surface insights that drive decisions
  • Manage the recruiting tech stack beyond the ATS, including scheduling tools, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring we get full value from each system
  • Partner with Finance and People Ops on headcount planning and req tracking to ensure approved hiring plans move through the pipeline on schedule

What You'll Need
  • Little to no recruiting experience, but a background in sales, operations, finance, or analyst-type roles helps.
  • Extreme ownership. You hold yourself accountable to goals, not activity.
  • Speed + precision. You can move fast without cutting corners.
  • Competitiveness. You want to win, and you like to measure it.
  • Coachability. You take feedback fast and iterate even faster.
  • Grit. You're resilient, focused, and relentless in the pursuit of results.
  • Curiosity. You study top performers and figure out what makes them elite.

No recruiting experience? Perfect. We'd rather teach someone exceptional than retrain someone average.
How We Work
If you want to learn how to recruit like an operator, build something from zero to one, and work with a team that's all-in, welcome to Rilla.
Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supplementary food and drink - 6x a week
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Wellness / Gym Benefits
  • Commuter benefits
  • Relocation assistance
  • Take what you need, paid time off, not accrual-based
  • $1,000 stipend for learning and personal growth
  • Tech equipment
