ROLE OVERVIEW
The Cheil Agency Network is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Operations Intern to support recruiting operations, talent systems organization, workflow coordination, and operational efficiency across our network of agencies.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, organizing information, improving consistency, and exploring smarter ways of working through systems, data, and AI-enabled tools.
The intern will work closely with the Head of Talent to support day-to-day recruiting operations while also helping improve how talent information, workflows, documents, and systems are organized across the enterprise.
This role combines administrative support, data entry, systems organization, workflow coordination, and operational problem-solving inside a complex, multi-brand talent environment.
The ideal candidate is curious about operations, AI, systems, workflow optimization, and finding more efficient ways to reduce chaos and improve organization.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Recruiting Operations & Coordination
  • Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communications
  • Assist with maintaining recruiting workflows and operational organization

Data Entry & Systems Organization

Salary Range
Our estimated range for this role is $18/hour
Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise. Each level has its own compensation range.
