The Recruiting Operations Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team by helping create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruiting operations, interview coordination, recruiting systems, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategy. It's an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site.

In This Role

  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Communicate interview logistics and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support the candidate experience by ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Maintain candidate records and job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Assist with recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and recruiting operations
  • Support the offer process, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment activities
  • Help plan and support recruiting events, career fairs, and internship programs
  • Assist with the administration of the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and supporting employee communications
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
