Experienced Hire Recruiting Coordinator

Chicago, Illinois, United States (On-site)


Overview

We're looking for an Experienced Hire Recruiting Coordinator to join a high-performing recruiting operations team. This person will support 2โ€“3 Experienced Hire Recruiters and play a key role in coordinating a high-touch recruiting process for experienced candidates and senior business leaders.

Contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position for strong performers.


Core Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple calendars, time zones, and international locations
  • Partner closely with Experienced Hire Recruiters to keep interview processes organized, accurate, and moving quickly
  • Manage complex and last-minute scheduling changes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Greet candidates onsite, provide office tours, and serve as a welcoming point of contact throughout the interview experience
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and senior business leaders
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Support recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives, including opportunities to leverage AI and automation
  • Take on additional recruiting-related projects and responsibilities as needed


Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of one year of recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordination experience
  • Recent graduates may be considered with strong corporate internship experience in recruiting, HR, or administration
  • Bachelor's degree required; 3.5+ GPA preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proactive and anticipatory mindset with the ability to stay ahead of scheduling needs
  • Professional and polished communication skills with the maturity to interact with senior professionals and business leaders
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and with international candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong interest in recruiting operations, technology, and process improvement
  • Greenhouse, Workday, or recruiting technology experience is a plus
  • Junior agency recruiters with strong coordination and candidate-facing experience are encouraged to apply
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in Chicago five days per week
