Job Description
Adaptic, LLC is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support staffing efforts across Intelligence Community (IC) programs. This role will focus on building and managing cleared candidate pipelines, sourcing hard-to-find technical talent, and supporting recruiting activities across various stages of the lifecycle, depending on experience level.
This position is well-suited for someone with strong curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to work creatively through challenges. Prior IC recruiting experience is welcomed but not required-this role offers the opportunity to learn the nuances of cleared recruiting through hands-on exposure and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates across technical and functional roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data, Cyber, Analysis) using a variety of sourcing approaches, including public databases, networking, referrals, and creative research methods
  • Build and nurture candidate relationships by managing communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle and maintaining a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain pipelines aligned to active, pending, and anticipated requirements; assist with screening candidates for technical fit, clearance status, polygraph alignment, and contract eligibility
  • Coordinate with internal recruiting and program teams to support compliant candidate submissions
  • Track and document candidate activity, submissions, and statuses in applicant tracking systems and internal trackers
  • Stay current on IC hiring trends, clearance timelines, and market conditions, with guidance and mentorship provided as needed
