You Will Get To
  • Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding
  • Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
  • Build strong, genuine relationships with candidates by understanding their goals, experience, and career aspirations, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process
  • Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
  • Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
