What You'll Do

As our Recruiter, you'll source, screen, and place hourly field workers for Workbridge client sites, including warehouse/fulfillment, laundry, and construction support roles. You'll report to the Recruiting Manager and play a key role in keeping our client sites fully staffed with qualified, reliable talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume sourcing through job boards, community outreach (churches, markets, laundromats, CASA, and workforce agencies), referrals, and walk-ins
  • Screen candidates by phone and in person; confirm required work authorization documents are ready for onboarding (I-9/E-Verify completed with HR)
  • Keep the ATS current as the system of record; meet 24-48 hour intake-to-contact service levels
  • Coordinate start dates with the Field Operations team to ensure hires are placed on the right shift and site
  • Track weekly pipeline metrics (leads, screens, placements, no-shows) and report to the Recruiting Manager

What You Bring

  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or related customer-facing work
  • Comfortable with field outreach, including posting flyers and visiting community sites
  • Basic ATS and spreadsheet skills
  • Reliable transportation; some local travel across the Baltimore–Laurel corridor

Physical Demands amp; Working Conditions

Employees are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, drive, kneel, stoop, reach, bend, and handle objects, tools, or controls. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Frequent travel to recruiting locations, community events, client sites, and company offices is required. Work settings range from office environments to active client worksites where noise levels may vary.
