This opportunity offers full-life cycle recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of team functions and hiring needs to effectively identify and place high-caliber candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, manage complex calendars, and facilitate timely feedback to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between candidates and the firm, maintaining consistent and professional communication.
  • Partner with leadership to develop sourcing strategies, support targeted talent searches, and track candidate activity and recruiting metrics.
  • Assist with onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through start date.
  • Contribute to additional recruiting and HR initiatives, projects, and events as needed.
