Position Overview
The Legal Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the firm’s attorney recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on law school and associate recruiting. This individual will serve as a primary point-of-contact for first-year associates and ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. Job Responsibilities
- Support the legal recruitment team with new-hire onboarding, interviews and campus recruitment
- Lead and coordinate law school recruitment and campus recruiting initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with law schools and career services offices
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all first-year associate attorneys
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes
- Support summer associate programs and related recruitment events
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized recruitment records
- Manage multiple recruiting projects while ensuring timely execution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the legal space
- Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Experience with campus recruiting and law school recruitment required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude
- High level of professionalism and discretion
