Recruitment Coordinator

On-Site | Scottsdale, Arizona | $23–$30/hour | Full-Time


Arborworks, LLC is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume, multi-state recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, onboarding, or administrative recruiting functions, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This position will support interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, ATS tracking, recruiting operations, and pre-employment processes across multiple locations.


Preferred qualifications include:

-Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills

-Experience supporting high-volume or multi-state hiring

-Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

-Comfortable facilitating onboarding presentations and new hire support

-Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through
