Job description

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)

Location (City, State): Remote

Fully Remote (Open to candidates located in eligible U.S. states)

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Industry: Mining

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility as needed


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of experience supporting recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, executive administration, or a related function

• Experience managing calendars and coordinating schedules using Outlook or similar platforms

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of recruiting workflows and candidate management processes

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms preferred

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred

• Ability to create, maintain, and analyze recruiting-related reports and data

About Our Client:

Our client is a large, established organization experiencing increased hiring activity and growth. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to help streamline recruiting operations and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple locations and departments

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders regarding interview scheduling and recruiting-related questions

• Assist applicants throughout various stages of the hiring process and provide timely communication updates

• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the applicant tracking system

• Monitor recruiting activities and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines are met

• Support onboarding and pre-employment administrative processes while partnering with internal teams as needed

• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements when required

• Generate and maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and other hiring-related documentation

• Provide additional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as business needs evolve
