About the Role
You'll be a core member of Mercor's Recruiting Operations team, supporting hiring across multiple functions. This role is focused on high-quality coordination, ATS (Ashby) management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience at scale.
You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes running efficiently-from scheduling interviews to maintaining clean pipeline data to supporting recruiting events and onsite logistics.
This is a highly operational role with broad exposure across teams, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure in ambiguity.
What You'll Do
Own Scheduling & Coordination
  • Coordinate interviews across screens, take-homes, virtual loops, and onsites across multiple teams
  • Manage complex scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure interview loops run smoothly and on time
  • Handle reschedules, conflicts, and last-minute changes with speed and attention to detail
Maintain ATS (Ashby) & Pipeline Hygiene
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in Ashby across all roles
  • Ensure consistent tagging, stage movement, and data integrity
  • Support reporting and pipeline visibility by keeping data clean and structured
  • Flag inconsistencies or gaps in process and follow up with recruiters as needed
Support Candidate Experience
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Ensure clear, timely, and thoughtful communication at every stage
  • Anticipate and resolve logistical issues before they impact candidates
  • Support post-offer coordination and onboarding logistics
Support Events & Onsite Logistics
  • Help plan and execute recruiting events (e.g.,Superdays, candidate dinners, networking events)
  • Coordinate logistics including scheduling, communications, travel, and onsite execution
  • Ensure a high-quality, organized, and welcoming onsite experience
Ad Hoc Projects & Process Support
  • Support recruiting operations projects and process improvements as needed
  • Assist with documentation, templates, and workflow standardization
  • Step in where needed to unblock coordination or operational gaps
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or similar roles
  • Experience with Ashby (or similar ATS)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • High ownership and reliability-you follow through and keep things moving
