Recruiting Operations Coordinator
Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 annually
Equity: Equity included
Location: El Segundo, CA
Work Policy: Onsite
Level: L1
Hiring Count: 1
Who are we?
Rangeview is on a mission to build the foundry system that reindustrializes America. We exist to break the legacy manufacturing trap by reinventing critical production for the twenty-first century.
Through advanced software, deep automation, breakthroughs in materials science, and modern financing strategies, Rangeview rewrites both the cost curve and the power structure of making metal parts.
What's in it for you?
This is an opportunity to join Rangeview early in your career and gain hands-on exposure to recruiting, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and the teams building the future of American manufacturing.
You do not need previous recruiting experience. We're looking for someone with strong coordination and operational instincts who is excited to learn.
You'll work directly with our Talent Acquisition Lead and gradually take on increasing responsibility across recruiting operations, sourcing, candidate engagement, and other recruiting projects.
For someone who excels, there is significant room to grow as Rangeview grows. Depending on your strengths, interests, performance, and future business needs, that could mean developing further within recruiting or gaining exposure to other operational areas of the company.
What will you do?
  • Own interview scheduling and coordination across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Serve as a responsive and professional point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Coordinate onsite interviews, including schedules, candidate logistics, rooms, and interviewer communication.
  • Greet candidates arriving for onsite interviews and ensure they have a welcoming, organized experience.
  • Provide front-desk coverage when Rangeview is hosting scheduled tours, important visitors, or other significant guests.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and requisition information in Greenhouse.
  • Track recruiting activity and proactively follow up on outstanding feedback, scheduling needs, and next steps.
  • Support job postings, interview plans, scorecards, offer administration, and recruiting documentation.
  • Help maintain recruiting dashboards, trackers, and reporting.
  • Support candidate sourcing and outreach as you develop in the role.
  • Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and build more scalable processes.
  • Take on increasing recruiting responsibilities based on interest, performance, and business needs.
What will you need?
  • 1+ year of experience in a coordination-heavy environment such as supply chain, logistics, operations, recruiting, HR, project coordination, customer operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, stakeholders, and moving pieces simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A proactive approach-you notice what needs to happen next and take action without waiting to be asked.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize when multiple things need attention.
  • Resourcefulness and comfort figuring things out when there isn't an established process.
  • A personable, professional presence and comfort interacting with candidates, employees, executives, and visitors.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
  • Interest in learning recruiting and developing your career at Rangeview.
  • Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, operations, recruiting, HR, or people operations.
  • Experience coordinating complex calendars or multi-person schedules.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or other workflow-management systems.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, dashboards, or process documentation.
  • Experience creating or improving processes and SOPs.
  • Experience in a startup, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, hardware, or other fast-paced technical environment.
  • Candidate sourcing or LinkedIn Recruiter experience.

A bachelor's degree is not required.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 annually + equity.
Salary is based on demonstrated experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Rangeview offers a competitive benefits package, including equity, unlimited PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
  • Must meet Rangeview's ITAR eligibility requirements.
Compliance
Rangeview is a DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant business. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
