Job description

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy talent acquisition team in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can keep recruiting activities moving efficiently from scheduling through onboarding. The person in this role will help create a smooth candidate experience while maintaining accurate records and providing day-to-day coordination across recruiting workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple calendars and provide timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized and accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system to support an efficient recruitment process.
• Assist with publishing and updating job opportunities on external job boards and company career sites.
• Prepare offer documentation, onboarding forms, and other pre-employment materials with strong attention to detail.
• Support reference checks, background screening steps, and onboarding activities for new team members as needed.
• Track recruiting activity and prepare reports on interviews, pipeline movement, and other recruitment metrics.
• Provide coordination support for recruiting events, career fairs, and broader talent acquisition initiatives.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to help manage full-cycle recruiting operations and ensure a positive candidate experience.• Experience coordinating interviews and managing scheduling in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Proficiency using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes within a corporate recruiting setting.
