This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations while helping connect qualified candidates with rewarding construction career opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Interview and screen qualified candidates for construction and skilled trades opportunities
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records
  • Support daily office and operational functions
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
