We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in building efficient, scalable, and best-in-class recruiting operations.In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to optimize recruiting processes, support talent acquisition technology, analyze hiring data, and enhance candidate experience. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee NA recruitment operations and ensure alignment with global TA strategy, serve as subject matter expert for recruiting processes and systems.
• Support recruiting operations, including requisition management, job posting governance, offer administration, and recruiting workflows while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Maintain ATS and recruiting technology data integrity while supporting system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Generate recruiting reports, dashboards, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Facilitate pre-employment activities, including background checks and assessments.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, IT, and external vendors to improve efficiency and hiring experience.
• Manage recruitment-related invoices, billing reviews, vendor reconciliations, and approval processes.
• Support compliance audits, process documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a related field.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
