Job description

Pride Health is hiring a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support our client's recruiting operations in Eden Prairie, MN 55344. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Details:
Job Name: Recruiting Operations Specialist
Location: Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (4 days onsite and 1 day remote/WFH)
Duration: 3+ months Contract (Possibilities of extension)
Pay rate: $19-20/hr. On W2 (Pay Rate is based on experience)
Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM/ Monday - Friday (5 days/ wk.)
Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate, consult, and communicate effectively with all Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Team stakeholders throughout the recruitment/integration lifecycle.
  2. Identify and respond to customer needs, utilizing systems and technology to take the appropriate action to drive quality outcomes.
  3. Effectively manage shifting levels of workload in a dynamic environment.
  4. Consult effectively with other People Team stakeholders to ensure consistency in policy and process management.
  5. Identify and initiate process change and innovation.
  6. Assist on projects and ad hoc work related to staffing, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, case management, onboarding, assessments, etc.
  7. Apply knowledge of our services and operations to educate, influence and advise our peers and stakeholders from an end-to-end TA Services lens to drive positive outcomes.
  8. Experience delivering presentations to various stakeholders.
  9. Process confidential information with discretion.

 
Qualifications:

  • High school/GED or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to interface and consult with People Team, various stakeholders, and employees of varying levels in the organization.
  • Experience working with recruiting technologies (ex: Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue and/or TalentSource CRM) highly preferred.
  • Experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition and/or recruitment environment.
  • Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions and handling presentations.
