Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Specialist opportunities in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Analyze and manage FX operational processes, including confirmation and settlement activities within the CashProFX platform
• Provide client servicing support through phone and email communication, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries
• Investigate unsettled FX transactions and perform break resolution and escalation management
• Support onboarding, training, and demonstrations for clients, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across multiple organizational levels
• Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
