RECRUITING ADMINISTRATOR

Sobieski Enterprises, Inc. in Newark, DE is seeking to hire a full-time HR Administrator to assist with the daily HR responsibilities. The successful Recruiting Administrator will assist the Corporate Recruiter with full cycle recruiting efforts for positions across all Sobieski companies. This role will have a strong focus on the administrative processes involved in recruiting and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn and thrive in the fast-paced construction industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • Some College preferred
  • Basic Recruiting, Administrative, and/or Scheduling experience
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating and corresponding with team members, hiring managers, candidates, and other departments.
  • Manage multiple small tasks and prioritize with guidance, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain motivated and focused in the fast-paced office environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
