What does a recruiting intern do?

A Recruiting Intern supports the recruitment team by assisting with various aspects of the hiring process. Their responsibilities typically include posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. They may also help organize recruitment events and maintain candidate databases. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in human resources and recruiting, helping interns gain insight into talent acquisition strategies.
