We are searching for our next Purchasing Assistant. This is a full-time, administrative support role that works directly with our Purchasing Manager to keep the purchasing function running smoothly. This is not a field or procurement strategy role - it is an office-based position centered on data accuracy, document management, and system organization within Buildertrend and Excel.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working within established processes, and confident in managing a high volume of administrative tasks with minimal oversight. You will play a critical role in keeping job budgets, purchase orders, vendor pricing, and purchasing documentation current and accurate across our active project portfolio.

• Prior administrative or operations support experience - construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in data entry or document management
