What is online purchasing?

Online purchasing refers to the process of buying products or services over the internet through websites or mobile apps. It involves selecting items, adding them to a virtual cart, and completing the transaction using electronic payment methods. This method of purchasing offers convenience, a wide variety of choices, and often competitive pricing. Online purchasing is widely used by both consumers and businesses for items ranging from groceries to electronics.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in online purchasing?
